With this tool you can do more advanced scripting, validation and conditional logic as well as connect directly to an ODBC database like Microsoft Access. Reporting can be further customized with EZReport.

Is there a minimum contract length?

EZHost accounts on Survey-Hosting.com are available on a monthly basis. For a single survey, you may only need a month for creating and hosting your form. If you need more time, additional months can be purchased. Some special packages may be available that offer a discount for longer terms.

What kind of software do I need to install on my desktop computer?

All you need to get started is a copy of EZSurvey for the Internet. The program is available via download or shipped on a CD. Installation is simple and usually takes less than 5 minutes.

Are there hidden costs?

No. Once you own a copy of EZSurvey you can buy EZHost space on a monthly basis. Costs are stated up front, and vary based only on the number of concurrent surveys you want to run. Some other online survey providers start with a low monthly rate and increase you bill based on the number of responses you collect.
